Terms of Service
Welcome to Adps AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Adps AI website, platform, software, APIs, AI agents, and related services (“Service”).
By accessing or using Adps AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Overview
Adps AI (“Adps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI-native DevOps and SRE automation platform designed to autonomously operate cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The platform uses multi-agent AI to generate Infrastructure-as-Code, deploy workloads, manage CI/CD, monitor systems, detect anomalies, run RCAs, and automate operational tasks .
These Terms apply to all users, including individuals, teams, and organizations.
2. Eligibility
To use Adps AI, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and AWS policies
If you use Adps AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Your Adps AI Account
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate registration information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity conducted under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.
4. AWS Integration & Permissions
Adps AI supports AWS only at this time.
By connecting your AWS account, you authorize Adps AI to:
Read operational metadata, logs, and metrics
Generate and apply Terraform/CDK/IaC files
Deploy or update infrastructure on EKS, ECR, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and other AWS services
Trigger CI/CD workflows, auto-healing actions, rollbacks, scaling events
Analyze system behavior to provide insights or RCA summaries
You understand and agree that:
Adps AI operates strictly within the IAM permissions you grant
You are responsible for verifying and managing IAM roles and access scopes
You can revoke AWS access at any time via your AWS console
You are responsible for all AWS usage fees generated through Adps AI actions
Adps AI does not store sensitive application data or AWS credentials beyond what is required for operation.
5. Use of AI Agents
Adps AI includes multiple automated agents (GitOps, IaC, CI/CD, Docker, K8s, Security, Monitoring, Incident, and PromptOps agents) that may perform actions on your behalf, including code generation, deployments, scans, and infrastructure modification .
By using the platform, you acknowledge:
AI-generated outputs may include errors
You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated code and actions
Autonomous modes may perform changes without human approval if you enable them
You may disable automation features at any time
Adps AI is not liable for system changes executed under your configured automation rules.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Use Adps AI for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purpose
Deploy infrastructure that violates AWS Acceptable Use Policies
Interfere with or disrupt the platform
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code, models, or proprietary systems
Use Adps AI to develop competing AI DevOps platforms
Upload harmful code, malware, or unauthorized confidential information
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
7. Platform Availability
We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee:
Error-free operation
Uninterrupted access
Permanent storage of logs, histories, or generated artifacts
Real-time model availability
Maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.
8. Payments & Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
You agree to pay all fees displayed at checkout
Fees are billed monthly or annually
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
Taxes may apply
Pricing may change with notice
AWS infrastructure costs are billed by AWS directly and are separate from Adps AI subscription fees.
9. Intellectual Property
Adps AI retains all ownership rights to:
Software
AI agents and models
Branding, trademarks, and design
Documentation and training data
UI/UX layouts, workflows, and system architecture
You retain ownership of:
Your AWS resources
Your code, configurations, and data
Prompts and outputs generated from your source materials
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform.
10. Privacy & Data Handling
We collect operational data only to deliver platform functionality, such as:
Metadata from GitHub, Kubernetes, CloudWatch, or pipelines
Infrastructure states, IaC definitions, or build logs
Prompts and interactions with AI agents
We do not sell your data.
We do not train models on your proprietary data.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

11. Third-Party Services
Adps AI integrates with third-party tools including:
AWS (required)
GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
Slack, JIRA, Confluence
Prometheus, Grafana
Snyk, Trivy, Inspector
We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of any third-party provider.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy of AI output
Reliability of automations
Non-infringement
Error-free or uninterrupted operation
You assume all risks from using AI-generated code, IaC, or automation outputs.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Adps AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Lost profits, revenue, or data
Business interruption
AWS costs or infrastructure damages
Deployment issues or configuration errors
Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO ADPS AI IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse AWS or automation features
You fail to pay for the Service
Platform security or stability requires it
You may terminate at any time by closing your account and revoking AWS permissions.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
