We collect information to operate Adps AI, deliver automation features, and improve our platform. We collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information (name, email, company name, password)

  • Billing information (payment method, billing address)

  • Support correspondence (emails, chat messages, tickets)

  • Prompts, inputs, or instructions entered into Adps AI agents

1.2 AWS & Technical Integration Data

Because Adps AI integrates with AWS, we may process:

  • AWS resource metadata (EKS, EC2, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, S3, etc.)

  • Deployment logs and build data

  • Infrastructure state (IaC files, manifests, pipelines)

  • Operational metrics (CPU, memory, logs, events)

  • Git repository metadata

  • Kubernetes metadata (pods, nodes, events, errors)

We do NOT collect or store your application data, customer data, or PII inside your AWS environment.

Adps AI acts only on operational metadata required for automation.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect:

  • IP address, device information, and browser type

  • Usage data (pages viewed, features used, agent interactions)

  • Error logs and performance diagnostics

  • Cookies or similar tracking technologies

This helps us improve reliability and user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Operate the Adps AI platform

  • Automate AWS DevOps and SRE workflows

  • Improve reliability, performance, and scalability

  • Provide AI-generated recommendations and automation

  • Authenticate users and secure accounts

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

  • Respond to support requests

  • Improve and refine our AI systems

We do not sell your data.

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. AI, Automation & Data Usage

Our AI agents use your operational metadata to:

  • Generate Infrastructure-as-Code

  • Monitor infrastructure and detect anomalies

  • Perform incident analysis (RCA)

  • Offer recommendations or execute autonomous actions

  • Build or update pipelines, images, deployments, etc.

3.1 No Training on Customer Data

Adps AI does NOT use your data to train public AI models.

Your data is isolated and used only to operate your account.

3.2 Human Access

Only authorized Adps AI staff may access metadata when:

  • Required for troubleshooting

  • You open a support ticket

  • We investigate security or abuse incidents

All access is logged and monitored.

4. Data Sharing

We may share minimal information with:

  • Payment processors for billing

  • AWS as part of platform operation

  • Third-party tools you explicitly authorize (GitHub, Slack, JIRA, etc.)

  • Vendors or contractors under strict confidentiality agreements

  • Law enforcement when required by law

We do not share customer data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Storage & Security

We prioritize security at every layer:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+)

  • Encryption at rest (AES-256)

  • Secure AWS IAM integration

  • SOC2-ready internal controls

  • Role-based access control

  • Secrets never stored in plain text

  • Regular security audits and vulnerability checks

Your AWS credentials (IAM roles, keys, or tokens):

  • Are encrypted

  • Are revocable at any time

  • Are used only for authorized operations

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

  • Account information — until deletion

  • Logs & system metadata — up to 90 days

  • Billing information — per tax/legal requirements

  • AI interaction logs — up to 30 days, unless extended by you

You may request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws:

  • Access your data

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Request deletion

  • Export your data

  • Opt out of certain processing

  • Revoke AWS or third-party access

  • Close your account permanently

Adps AI is not intended for children under 18.
